The government of any country, just like a good head of every family is responsible for the security and wellbeing of her citicens.
Olny a failed government like a lunatic head of a family would neglect his role to protect the citicens of his country but shift the responsibility thereof to another country.
African countries with abondant meneral resources have no reason to shift the responsibilities of carring for their citicens to another country.
Most of these African head of states would argue that they have not chased any of their citicens  away from Africa. This is always their slogans! If your youth have perspective and security at home there would be no reason for them to flee. If there is no war, kidnapping,rape and violence, the youth would not have left.
Most African leaders themselves have no faith in their countries, reasons why they send their children to school in Europe. Reasons why they keep all their stolen money in the western banks and reasons why if they have headaches they fly to Europe for treatment. They import drinking water from Europe because they care not to provide clean water at home.
Still fail to understand why many of these African politicians would be placed on salaries competing with the salaries of politician in developed nations where there are numerious industries that produce and export a lot of comodities. Some of these African countries rely on financial aids from the west yes they are collecting salaries more than the one recieved by those that even donate money for them as financial aids.
Ordrinary Africans keep expecting miracles why their leaders are busy stealing. African people are merely slaves to their leaders the same way Africans were made to slave for colonial masters in those days. The only difference between colonisation in those days and present colonisation is that the colonial masters in those days behaved like humans, at least they fed their slaves and provided them with social amenities. The present African leaders who have now assumed the position of mega colonilists have no mercy at all. They refuse to feed the poor. They fail to provide social amenities and they care not about the security of their slaves. They have killers that kill for them. The have poisons with which the kill very fast.
The time the world suppose to preach peace, reunification, reconciliations and to unite against any form of discrimination and slavery, African leaders in many of their actions are the champions that keep promiting hatered with all their actions.
The same tactics that the fake pastors in some African countries use on their victims is the same tactics that African politicians use on their citicens to keep them calm and control them.
They preach peace but have no peace among themselves. They preach love but fail to show love to their brothers.They complain about discrimination but they are the fathers and mothers of discrimination.
Tribe against tribe. Village aganist village. They are criminals that hijack religion and hide behind it to loot, kill and destroy innocent people. They are abond in Africa because the system is not working.
There is no reason whatsoever that could make Africa unable to care for her citicens the same way Europe is able to take care of her own citicens. These criminals have excuse for everything, worst are their agents on internet. They would tell you that Africa still needs 1000 years to be able to develope!
Many people in Africa, both women and men, both young and old have tried to see if they could do something to make the system of governance in Africa works the way the system of governance in Europe is working good but no success. Why?
Nature is not stupid. It filled the soil of Africa with all meneral resources but the same nature denies Africa the ability to use those resources for its development. Has this anything to do with issue of IQ?
The same nature that denies to put those natural resources under the feet of the white man has given the white man the wisdom to be able to make use of those resources that he has not.
The actions of black man has clearly displayed total ignorance of good governance and that is not an insult it is a fact.
The action of the white man has clearly displayed that the nature blessed him with act of good governance.
No nation can live alone in this world, it’s impossible.
The best is to live together helping each other where we need each other best.
It makes no sense for black man to continue pretending that he has ability to run any good government. Africa should call for help in good governance. It’s not too late!
