The name VeMBeB means:
Improving the living situation of refugees with disabilities after fleeing to Brandenburg.
Why is this project important?
Some people leave their home country because of war or danger.
These people are called refugees.
Some refugees also have a disability.
They often have more problems, such as:
- They don’t get the help they need
- They don’t understand the language
- They are left out or ignored
- They are afraid of being sent back (deportation)
The VeMBeB project wants to help these people.
