Projects EMIN- Employment and Migration Information In Nigeria
One of the questions that young people in Nigeria ask whenever they are being told about dangers of illegal emigration include; „what should we be doing at home where unemployment is on the increase?“
Sharing our experience with the young people at home about the true situation of asylum seekers and people that enter Germany without legal documents is helping many to make good decision about weather to stay at home with their jobs or to migrate.
Since there are many other ways in which people could also migrate legally, we do not hesitate to share with the young people how they could migrate legally if they so wish.
In their short video, the trainees pointed out where young people could get more information about legal migration and make it in Germany

While this project tries to explain to the young people about the dangers of illegal emigration out of Nigeria and possibilities of legal emigration, it did not stop there. It trained 15 young people as hairdressers so that they could have possibilities of earning income. These young people are also in the position to inform their customers about dangers of illegal emigration by discussing with them during the time they spend working on their hair to make them look beautiful.
