The producers of this video are out to explain to the public what a refugee named Soba faced as an illegal migrant that arrived Brandenburg Germany without legal documents to prove that he is really a refugee. The story Who is a refugee? The social worker tried to explain to Soba who is really considered to be a refugee. Soba tried to argue that as long as he was able to cross the river, the seas and the ocean he considered himself to be a refugee. He did not understand why he should face deportation. The social worker tried to point out to Soba that economic migrants who flee poverty are not recognised as refugee and their asylum application are likely to face rejections. While many deported rejected asylum seekers try as much as possible to hide the facts surrounding their deportation from friends. The floor of a salon in Ibadan is where some hairdressers and their customers spill the beans out. They know that Jolly and Robbert were deported but both of them tried to hide it away from friends. One of the hairdressers has a video that shows why Soba faced deportation from the refugee camp in the city of Bad Belzig. |
